How should I include the fact that i transfered from one university to another?

Here are some suggestion. Always include an objective. I would make the order of the dates start from the latest to the earliest so college dates first.

Added an objective How is that?
Education put in descending chronological order

Make your jobs bullet points. Start with a brief overview and then bullet point your achievements not just job descriptions.
