·Setup a local network and Internet connection sharing with a broadband connection. This was done within a strict and non-negotiable deadline and through personal research, thus saving the company from paying expensive external consulting fees.

·Communicated progress to the on-site managers and also act as liaison between the team members and clients should there be any problems.
·Handled escalation of problems and solved problems that couldn’t be handled by team members.

Review by Jeremy Wright: Hey Darrick, great to have you! Just as an FYI, you don't need to include the double backslashes in your resume. Resume Wiki picks them up automatically. Just make sure to Preview it so you're sure it looks right. I don't have a lot of time right now, but I just wanted you to know that many of the larger resume vetting software packages don't like bullet points very much. It may be good to remove them, just in case.
Experience: I only skimmed this briefly. I read the Lead Developer bit in particular. If this is indicative of the rest of your experience, try and include more specifics. What was the issue, what was your solution and what was the impact. That type of thing. Some of it's a bit vague.
