I have been attending Cardinal Stritch University to obtain a degree in Management of Information Technologies, graduating in May of this year, and would like to further my experience in the technology field with a position as a Systems Technician with your company. I am currently working at the IBM plant for Hitachi Global Storage Technologies through Analysts International Corporation in the System, Integration and Testing Lab conducting performance measurements for mobile and desktop hard drives. This position includes setup and troubleshooting of various systems, recreation of field systems for trouble shooting purposes, and also integration of new products into developing markets.

My work experience for IBM/Hitachi Global Storage Technologies also includes help desk experience as a support technician for our customers including trouble shooting, and instillation of ATA or SCSI hard drives into systems. I have also have worked as a Computer Technician for Home Federal Savings Bank, including system and software updates.

My strong analytical skills, employment history, as well as my ability to catch on to new systems and ideas quickly, would bring a well-rounded approach to Sterling State Banks business model for Technicians.
