Emergency Management Planner
- Initiate, develop, monitor and execute CBRNE planning and home station emergency medical response programs.
- Provide technical expertise for medical first responders/first receivers.
- Provide guidance on CBRNE issues.
- Assist with planning/assessments of CBRNE emergency response programs to include exercise evaluations, program management reviews/self inspections.
- Provide oversight for allowance standard inventories and equipment readiness.

Instructor
- Implemented changes to database designed to cross-check the expanding training library used to track and identify personnel deployment, off time, and training requirements.
- Air Force apprentice course primary instructor; qualified in 6 of the 17 blocks of instruction.
- Trained 350 students annually in Instructor Fundamentals and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) material.
- Implemented training for 1150 students utilizing 127 laptop computers; digitized study guides, handouts and tools.
- Ensured students had access to 107 Air Force Technical Orders updated by a wireless network drive; which reduced printing costs by $300K in 2004 through 2006.
- Created, updated and validated Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) training material.
- Administered evaluation measurement devices of course pertinent skills as well as monitored, scored, and documented results.
- Inspected and tested safety equipment for serviceability. Trained students in the proper use of their safety equipment including the use of chemical masks in the gas chamber.
- Evaluated disaster drill activities, reviewed emergency response checklists and ensured stored safety equipment would not fail due to deterioration over time.
Course Development
- Knowledge of theories, principles and instructional techniques associated with teaching programs.
- Ability to design, develop and revise course materials, and to evaluate programs utilizing excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Successfully completed the Air Force courses in “Instructional Systems Development (ISD)”, “Objectives and Tests”, and Instructor of Technology and Military Science”.
- Developed a 24 hour block of new instructional materials for an Air Force training course, and wrote and validated corresponding evaluation measurement tools.
- Established and implemented program which resulted in 230 personnel trained in under 4 weeks.
