How to Review Resumes

A resume is a very personal part of someone. It is the 1-3 page summary of a large part of their life. The process of creating a resume can often be painful, and as a result many people are timid about asking to get their resumes reviewed.

As a Resume Wiki reviewer, you have a set of large responsibilities as well as a set of options available to you.

Basically, be honest and respectful. Be clear about your reasons for your comments. Don't feel you need to use your real name.

To see how others are commenting on resumes, simply see the Recently Updated Resumes page. To see what resumes you can review or comment on, see the Existing Resumes page.

Thanks for helping others find their dream job!
