Lakshmi Siva Mangesh Mulpuri has been an employee with employer mindset with Capital IQ, Inc. He holds an overall functional experience of three years in micro rating and fundamental data supply organizations. He is into consulting, rating, recruiting and training at APMAS (The micro rating org) and Company research at Capital IQ, Inc. (fundamental data supply division of S&P).

Mangesh serves Capital IQ, Inc, with Business Intelligence Division, Where, he is a prime contributor to Systems interventions, active leader in Private companies’ project and major contributor to organizations development. In addition to Company research He also actively involved in design, document, and test client specific applications Participated in organization’s transformations (smart software was acquired by Capital IQ, the Capital IQ by Stranded and Poor’s).Systems development, process automation and quality are his other areas of works here.

Mangesh served most recently as Programme Associate of APMAS in Hyderabad, a Society Funded by DFID, where he rated 25 organizations and its promoter organization, Recruited 500 staff for a client in Faction zone, trained 300 people on Book keeping for micro finance institutions and influenced Policy making.

Mangesh served regency ceramics as summer internee, where he was involved in ratio analysis and assisted the systems design. He contributed to the field based project of tapping Insurance advisors for HDFC Stranded life while pursuing his MBA.

Mangesh started his career as assistant to an auditor while pursuing his degree in commerce. As a result, he was offered a fulltime job even before completing his B.Com. He then becomes an accountant with a manufacturing firm. He continued to work with the company till he admitted into MBA.

Mangesh holds Master of Business Administration degree from Andhra Loyola College, Nagarjuna University and Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra Loyola College (autonomous), Vijayawada of Nagarjuna University.
